What you will do

• Develop and maintain hirify.global projects through the full software development lifecycle.
• Lead tasks from requirements gathering to technical implementation and deployment.
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
• Coordinate with PM, BA, QA, and customers in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure quality and timeline objectives are met.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Riga, Latvia
• 3+ years of enterprise Java development experience (Spring, Camel, Maven).
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript frontend frameworks.
• Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure) and infrastructure tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Agile methodologies, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
