What you will do

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, adhering to deadlines, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinate the work of project teams and interact with key stakeholders
• Ensure transparency and timely reporting on project status
• Control project budgets, planning, monitoring, and financial reporting
• Identify and minimize project risks, regularly informing management about progress
• Lead and develop a team of project managers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing projects (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Successful experience working in multinational and cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of project and portfolio management principles
• Proficiency in project management tools and advanced MS Office functions
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification will be an advantage
• Native Russian language and Upper Intermediate English level
