Lead Product analyst 
 
 What you are going to do:
 - Lead the analytics team responsible for Learning Experience (platform, courses, student engagement, learning metrics)
 - Define priorities for analytical tasks, allocate resources, and ensure quality of deliverables
 - Design and improve metrics to measure learning effectiveness: engagement, course progress, and completion
 - Support and develop dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
 - Work closely with product managers, developers, and operations to drive decisions
 - Help shape strategic product decisions using data and research
 - Grow and mentor the analytics team, build scalable processes
 
 What we expect from you
 - Stack: SQL, Python (pandas, matplotlib/seaborn), Tableau / PowerBI / Looker
 - Strong expertise in SQL, and confident Python skills
 - 3+ years of experience in analytics, including 1+ year in a senior or lead role
 - Experience with BI tools and building decision-making dashboards
 - Solid understanding of product metrics: retention, LTV, conversion
 - Ability to formulate hypotheses and make data-driven recommendations
 - Experience managing or mentoring a team of analysts
