Salary: $146,200 - $210,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and evangelize long-term product vision for AI and Synthetic Data aligned with strategic objectives.
• Build and execute product roadmaps balancing innovation and enterprise readiness.
• Translate complex AI and data use cases into actionable product requirements and releases.
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable SaaS products with AI-powered features.
• Lead customer discovery and collaborate with sales and marketing for go-to-market strategies.
• Represent the product in analyst briefings, conferences, and customer advisory boards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, including AI/ML, DevOps, or SaaS.
• Strong technical understanding of data automation, masking, synthetic data, and SaaS architectures.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and automation toolchains like Terraform and Jenkins.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences and global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; MS or MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience in Enterprise DevOps, AI infrastructure, or privacy/security products.
• Familiarity with MLOps, data governance, and compliance automation.
• Experience building SaaS products and transitioning from self-deployed models.
• Knowledge of regulated industries like Financial Services, Insurance, and Healthcare.
• Multilingual skills including Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.
