What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, development, and launch of the CRM system for Colombian customer service agents
• Analyze and adapt the existing Mexican CRM platform to Colombian business and regulatory needs
• Lead a development team to deliver a working product version on time
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders and other banking Product Managers for system integration
• Oversee prototype assembly for audit and compliance
• Manage and support CRM system post-launch operational performance

Requirements

• Must be able to relocate to Colombia
• 4+ years of product ownership or management experience (Middle+/Senior level)
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments balancing technical, business, and regulatory demands
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Nice to have

• Experience with Contact Center operations or telephony systems
• Experience in digital or neobank environments
