Senior Project Manager (Finance): Managing product development and improving processes within a team with an accent on Agile methodologies and cross-team communication. Focus on tracking deadlines, ensuring quality delivery, and managing project backlogs.

Location: Hybrid approach (office + remote)

What you will do

Manage product development within the team
Improve development processes
Communicate closely with teams: developers, analysts, DevOps, QA, and others
Work with technical leads to define requirements and assign tasks
Track deadlines and ensure quality delivery
Manage the backlog and set task priorities

Requirements

Experience in IT project management
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies, and understanding of DevOps and ITIL principles
Confident use of Jira and Confluence
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
Ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and turn agreements into clear tasks
Quick to grasp new technologies, products, and tools
