Location: Onsite in Limassol, Cyprus with full relocation support

What you will do

  • Own the full cycle of user acquisition from campaign launch to optimization and growth.
  • Test new ad features, creatives, and beta ad networks.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and developers for A/B testing and statistical analysis.
  • Plan and meet spend and profitability goals across multiple ad networks.
  • Drive growth by analyzing performance and finding new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be onsite in Limassol, Cyprus with willingness to relocate (full relocation support provided)
  • 2+ years of experience in user acquisition with proven campaign planning and scaling skills.
  • Experience with ad platforms such as TikTok, Moloco, Meta, Google Ads, or DSPs.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in testing, forecasting ROI, and optimizing performance.
  • English proficiency at B1 level with eagerness to reach C1 quickly.
  • Independent, proactive, and collaborative team player.
