Salary: $126,000 - $189,000

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity compliance standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for cybersecurity implementations.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, develop project charters, and communication plans.
• Provide change management to ensure business unit adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior cybersecurity staff.

Requirements

• Must work onsite 5 days a week in the USA locations specified
• No visa sponsorship available
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years cybersecurity experience including 3+ years in cloud IAM.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, and Identity Protection.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).

Nice to have

• Experience with diverse application environments and user types (Workforce IAM & Customer IAM).
• Professional information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, IDPro/CIDPRO).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
