Location: Remote within Canada

Salary: $187,500 - $210,000 per year (OTE)

What you will do

• Own and lead hirify.global’s strategic partnership with a large partner, managing relationship and business performance.
• Define and drive the strategic vision and multi-year growth roadmap for the partnership.
• Develop new product integrations, co-marketing strategies, and go-to-market expansions.
• Analyze partner performance and recommend programs to increase adoption and growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technical, Credit, Analytics, Marketing, and Risk.
• Pitch hirify.global to new business lines and manage the strategic roadmap for integration.

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada and able to work remotely within the country.
• 10+ years of B2B client-facing experience, preferably in high-tech or fintech.
• Strong relationship management and ability to influence senior executives.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and negotiating large commercial contracts.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of consumer finance, SaaS, e-commerce, Salesforce, and BI tools preferred.
