What you will do

• Support configuration, management, and monitoring of Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Assist in deployment and troubleshooting of wireless networks to ensure consistent connectivity.
• Monitor network performance, reliability, and security using diagnostic tools.
• Investigate and resolve network issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Provide basic Linux and Windows system administration related to network services.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and assist with network security measures.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in New Belgrade, Serbia
• 2–4 years experience with Cisco networking equipment and wireless networks.
• Proficient in Cisco switch and router configuration and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of firewall configurations, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows systems related to network services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with IT teams.

Nice to have

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• Experience with cloud networking on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
