What you will do

• Collaborate with data analysts and cross-functional teams to shape product and business strategy through quantitative analysis
• Explore and transform data from multiple sources into actionable insights
• Analyze data to identify product or process issues and validate impactful hypotheses
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to track new initiatives and their impact

Requirements

• Must be based within commuting distance of London or Barcelona
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical tools (Python or R)
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently in an international environment
