With experience from franchises like Call of Duty, Halo, Bioshock, PUBG, and Batman, the team is developing next-generation tournament-grade systems to support millions of players worldwide.
As a Senior Unreal 5 Multiplayer Engineer, you will architect and implement core multiplayer systems, from matchmaking to backend integration, helping shape the foundation of a revolutionary competitive FPS experience.
🚀 Responsibilities
• Architect and implement matchmaking, server lifecycle, and orchestration systems
• Develop social infrastructure (friends, parties, voice chat)
• Integrate backend services and third-party multiplayer platforms
• Optimize netcode for competitive, low-latency gameplay
• Work closely with designers and engineers from AAA backgrounds
• Build replication systems for weapons, AI, and inventory mechanics
• Implement persistent progression and reputation systems
• Develop material penetration, projectile simulation, and player ownership features
📚 Required Skills
• 3+ years of multiplayer development experience with C++ and Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5)
• Proven track record designing matchmaking and server systems
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Passion for building high-quality competitive multiplayer games
👍 Nice to Have
• Experience with Unreal Online Subsystem
• Knowledge of PlayFab, AccelByte, Pragma, or GameLift
• Background in startup or fast-paced environments
• Experience developing extraction shooters or FPS titles
