What you will do

• Set up, launch, and analyze CRM campaigns across multiple channels including email, push, SMS, onsite, in-app, and messengers.
• Configure gamification mechanics and campaign logic using Smartico Rules Engine.
• Manage user segmentation and personalized campaigns within Smartico.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize automated communication flows.
• Collaborate with design, content, VIP, promo, BI, product, and support teams.
• Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and contribute to CRM roadmap planning.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as CRM Manager or Email Marketer in iGaming
• Hands-on experience with Smartico platform
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (team communication in English)
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of retention metrics
• Experience with automated and trigger-based campaign flows
• Copywriting skills and basic HTML for email templates
