What you will do

• Lead analytics stream focused on traffic, player behavior, and product performance.
• Analyze acquisition sources, affiliate performance, conversion rates, and player LTV to identify growth opportunities.
• Build end-to-end visibility linking acquisition quality to downstream monetization.
• Conduct experiment and A/B test analyses for product and marketing teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and validate tracking setups across platforms.
• Mentor analysts, establish best practices, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of data analytics experience with at least 2 years in iGaming.
• Strong skills in SQL (PostgreSQL / BigQuery), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and BI tools (Tableau, Superset, Looker Studio).
• Proven leadership experience managing analysts and setting priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Deep understanding of player lifecycle, traffic, conversion, LTV, retention, and monetization metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning-based analytics (churn prediction, player segmentation).
• Knowledge of affiliate tracking systems and multi-operator analytics.
• Familiarity with game economy principles and ETL/DWH processes.
