• Manage a growing team and oversee business KPIs and P&Ls.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading teams in consumer product scaling.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data.
• Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Passion for financial inclusion and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
