What you will do
- Oversee CRM campaigns across multiple channels and optimize based on KPIs.
- Develop strategies to retain players and reduce churn through targeted marketing.
- Create player segments and personalized promotions using customer data.
- Track and improve website performance related to CRM initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze CRM performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure CRM activities comply with regulations and support responsible gaming.
- Provide copy editing and translations between English and French as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM or marketing roles.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple brands.
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
- Experience optimizing CRM systems for segmentation and targeted marketing.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
