What you'll be doing

• Guide the organization through the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, improving processes across departments.
• Design and configure solutions within Salesforce, using declarative tools to streamline activities.
• Introduce best practices for AI Agent–driven automation to enhance decision-making.
• Manage data quality and security, coordinate integrations, and train colleagues on system usage.

Requirements

• Must-Have:
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce best practices, especially in security and data management.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and lead management.
• Proven ability to build complex solutions using Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered features.
• Foundational understanding of APEX programming language.
• Experience in documenting complex Salesforce processes.
