Senior 2D Animator (Gamedev): Leading the design and production of high-quality animated ad creatives for mobile games with an accent on animation principles, marketing sensibilities, and ad production workflows. Focus on translating creative briefs and campaign goals into compelling 2D animation concepts, integrating AI-powered tools, and mentoring junior animators.

Location: Based in our Bangalore office with 5 days per week on site.

What you will do

• Lead the design and production of animated ad creatives.
• Translate creative briefs and campaign goals into compelling 2D animation concepts.
• Collaborate with User Acquisition, Motion Design, and Creative Strategy teams to align storytelling with performance objectives.
• Review ad performance data and contribute to creative iteration planning.
• Integrate AI-powered tools and automation workflows to optimise quality and speed.
• Mentor junior and mid-level animators through feedback, reviews, and guidance.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Toon Boom; experience with Spine or equivalent 2D animation tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, marketing sensibilities, and ad production workflows.
• Excellent 2D animation, drawing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong grasp of composition, pacing, and visual timing for mobile ad content.
• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline animation processes.
• Based in our Bangalore office with 5 days per week on site.
