What you will do

  • Help your team meet or exceed quota across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
  • Build and scale a team of Account Executives across APAC.
  • Mentor and coach new peers in the team.
  • Provide regular feedback to the executive team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales leadership experience, with 2 years in a new region.
  • Proven success selling into multiple APAC markets.
  • Expert knowledge in building and motivating sales teams.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven approach to managing forecasts.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • High sense of urgency and ownership in leadership style.
