What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Design mockups and wireframes to visualize requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, project managers, and product owners.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution.
• Provide acceptance testing and develop test cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in IT projects.
• Hands-on experience in writing specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Practical skills in process modeling and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Experience in creating wireframes/mockups in Figma.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Professional knowledge of English is mandatory, Russian would be a plus
