Compliance Officer

TL;DR

Compliance Officer: Focusing on product compliance through enforcing internal standards, preventing misuse, and promoting ethical practices. Focus on implementing business principles, ethics procedures including KYC, and managing projects to support compliance initiatives.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain compliance policies aligned with hirify.global's values.
• Oversee ethical compliance in service usage, detect and prevent fraud, and create prevention tools.
• Conduct audits to ensure policy adherence and recommend improvements.
• Communicate with and evaluate customers and partners for policy alignment and guidance.
• Report findings and update policies to address new risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in compliance and fraud prevention.
• Familiar with fraud systems, compliance frameworks, and AI investigative tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew - a must, additional languages - an advantage.

Nice to have

• A degree in law, business, or data science.
• CCEP or CFE certifications.
