TL;DR

Location: Hybrid or Remote (East Coast, USA preferred), Newark office available

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 base plus bonuses and incentives

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
  • Serve as primary contact for client requests, campaign coordination, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Management, Platform Solutions, and Data Analytics teams to optimize campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead client meetings and business reviews to discuss campaign results and recommendations.
  • Manage billing coordination and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years in client-facing account management or media planning roles with programmatic campaign experience.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, success metrics, and campaign troubleshooting.
  • Experience with interactive agencies or consulting, preferably in Health/Pharma campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Work hours aligned with 9am-6pm EST; East Coast location preferred.
