What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Serve as primary contact for client requests, campaign coordination, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Campaign Management, Platform Solutions, and Data Analytics teams to optimize campaigns and provide actionable insights.
- Lead client meetings and business reviews to discuss campaign results and recommendations.
- Manage billing coordination and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years in client-facing account management or media planning roles with programmatic campaign experience.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital media buying, success metrics, and campaign troubleshooting.
- Experience with interactive agencies or consulting, preferably in Health/Pharma campaigns.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Work hours aligned with 9am-6pm EST; East Coast location preferred.
