Technical BizDev Manager
Azuro is a decentralized protocol for prediction markets, providing tooling & infrastructure for hosting powerful apps and betting interfaces.
Location: Flexible/Remote
Reports To: Growth Lead
### Job Summary:
The Technical BD Manager serves as a key point of contact between Azuro and the applications using Azuro. This role is responsible for driving growth through consultative sales, onboarding of new applications and proactive account management.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development
- Identify and connect with new potential applications that may benefit from utilizing Azuro’s onchain service (affiliates and kick streamers being the 2 groups of focus)
- Develop and maintain a contact pipeline to grow the volumes generated on the protocol.
- Conduct product demos and presentations, tailoring them to each potential application’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify trends, leads, and strategic sales initiatives.
- Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the applications, addressing issues, answering questions.
- Identify opportunities for growth with the applications by analyzing performance, usage, and business needs.
- Technical Consultation
- Act as a first-point-of-contact for tech questions to potential and existing apps, translating complex protocol solutions into value-driven propositions.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand product functionality and convey technical information accurately.
- Provide basic technical assistance
- Project Management and Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Oversee onboarding and support
- Monitor success metrics and provide insights to apps to maximize usage.
- Market and Product Feedback
- Gather client feedback to communicate customer needs, trends, and suggestions to protocol development.
- Our ideal candidate:
- Has experience in a sales or account management role within web3 or in tech/software.
- Has keen interest in sports/sportsbetting or has spent time working in the betting industry.
- English - proficiency, Russia is a plus.
- Ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a user-centric approach.
