Engineering Manager, Communications Integrations

Location: Must be based in the Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $238,000 - $302,000 CAD

Overview

The Engineering Manager will lead the Communications Integrations (CommsI) team. The team works to seamlessly embed hirify.global into customers’ daily work communications and collaboration tools. You’ll advocate for engineering best practices and be a strong driver for hiring talented engineers while supporting the individuals’ and team’s growth and impact.

What you will do

• Manage and enable the growth of the talented engineers on the Communications Integrations team
• Hire talented engineers and enable the team to scale smoothly
• Guide the articulation and execution of the team’s future roadmap
• Coach engineers in their technical and professional development
• Ensure a great, reliable experience for hirify.global users around the globe

Requirements

• Experience in managing a technical team and able to deep dive on technical issues and designs.
• Excited to partner with Design and Product on both large new features and daily, small product enhancements.
• Focused on maximizing impact for yourself, your team, and hirify.global as a whole
• Equipped with the intelligence, empathy, integrity, and technical chops required to quickly earn the trust of a technically astute team
