Senior Product Manager

Location: United States (San Francisco, Atlanta, Boston, Buenos Aires, Chicago, Dubuque, Plano, Pune)

Salary: $150,000–$170,000

Overview

Lead the development of key capabilities within a software suite focused on public sector ERP and AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and deliver impactful solutions.

What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Develop and maintain product roadmap addressing customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create scalable solutions.
• Engage stakeholders to gather insights and align priorities.
• Create detailed product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with proven success delivering software products.
• Strong ability to define and execute product vision and strategy.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
