Senior Product Manager (Healthcare and Life Sciences)

Location: Hybrid, headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel

Overview

Lead product strategy and development for healthcare-specific AI/ML cloud solutions, collaborating with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare providers. Drive adoption of GPU-accelerated infrastructure to advance drug discovery, medical imaging, and personalized medicine.

What you will do

• Define and execute product roadmap for healthcare AI solutions aligned with hirify.global's AI infrastructure
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand and translate healthcare AI infrastructure needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, legal, and sales teams to ensure compliance and product success
• Serve as internal expert on healthcare AI/ML use cases and industry trends
• Represent hirify.global at healthcare conferences and industry events

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in healthcare or related fields
• Experience with AI/ML-driven healthcare products and cloud GPU infrastructure
• Work experience in European or American companies serving global healthcare clients
• Strong understanding of healthcare AI/ML applications, data standards, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for engaging technical teams and executives

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or related fields
• Experience with healthcare AI frameworks and data orchestration tools
• Familiarity with NVIDIA Clara platform or similar ecosystems
• Multilingual capabilities for global stakeholder engagement
• Willingness to travel internationally to support customer engagement
