Overview
As the Head of Lifecycle Strategy, you will define and execute a long-term lifecycle strategy that fuels growth across ride-hailing services. You will empower a talented team to develop high-ROI initiatives, streamline communication, and create seamless customer experiences. Your ability to coach, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive data-informed decision-making will be key to our success.
What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle strategy across our 9-country portfolio.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of senior CRM and technical specialists.
- Partner with senior leads to design and implement efficient lifecycle automations.
- Create and manage quarterly roadmaps focused on high-impact, revenue-generating lifecycle initiatives.
- Utilize robust analytics to conduct experiments and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure transparency and understanding of lifecycle performance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM within app-based platforms or consumer-focused brands.
- Experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
- A strong analytical approach with a focus on customer-centric strategies and campaign performance metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of customer engagement, automation, experimentation, and mass communication tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
