Staff Product Designer

Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to play a critical role in modernizing and connecting our product suite. You’ll partner closely with engineering and product leaders to define UX strategy, improve complex workflows, and co-lead a renewed design system initiative. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for a systems thinker who thrives in complexity.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for key features across a complex product suite.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define and drive product strategy.
• Build and evolve design systems in Figma, helping modernize legacy components.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and wireframes for data-dense enterprise tools.
• Guide other designers through critique, feedback, and mentorship.
• Conduct design audits and propose scalable UX improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in product design, including enterprise or B2B tools.
• Expertise in Figma and building/designing robust design systems.
• Deep experience designing complex workflows with many states and roles.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering and product management.
• A systems-thinking mindset and experience working across multiple interconnected tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation habits.

Nice to have

• Experience modernizing legacy design systems.
• Familiarity with OCR, automation, or data-heavy enterprise tools.
• Prior experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams.
