Resolv Labs is focused on developing a delta-neutral stablecoin called USR, designed to maintain price stability in the often volatile cryptocurrency market. Backed by Ethereum (ETH), USR utilizes a combination of on-chain assets and hedging strategies involving derivatives to mitigate risks associated with price fluctuations. This structure allows users to engage with digital assets without the typical concerns of volatility, making $USR a viable option for transactions and as a store of value.

The Resolv Liquidity Pool (RLP) is a key component of the Resolv ecosystem, serving as an insurance layer for $USR. RLP absorbs market risks and ensures $USR maintains its peg even in adverse conditions. It's backed by excess collateral from the ETH portfolio that maintains over 100% backing for $USR. RLP holders receive delta-neutral yield with self-balancing leverage, where a thinner RLP layer leads to higher leverage and potentially higher returns. The value of RLP tokens fluctuates based on the protocol's profit and loss, providing a higher-risk, higher-reward option for investors.

Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a DeFi-Focused Backend Engineer to take ownership of mission-critical infrastructure powering our smart contract ecosystem, real-time accounting systems, and on-chain points programs. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about building robust DeFi products, deeply understands blockchain mechanics, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with smart contracts, DeFi protocols, and off-chain systems that interact with on-chain logic, especially around points programs, staking mechanics, or reward attribution.

What You Will Be Working On

•  Architecting and maintaining backend systems that interface tightly with smart contracts (Solidity), vaults, and our points infrastructure
•  Developing and scaling real-time tracking systems for deposits, transfers, and DeFi activity used in points attribution
•  Building and optimizing backend processors for complex financial flows (e.g., LP token accounting, multi-layer DeFi integrations)
•  Working closely with indexing teams using Sentio and internal systems to ensure precise and fair on-chain data interpretation
•  Building RESTful APIs and developer tooling to expose financial/accounting data from blockchain interactions
•  Collaborating with product, engineering, and quant teams to define clear specs for integrating DeFi features and incentive systems

 What We Are Looking For

•  5+ years of backend development, with at least 2+ years in crypto / DeFi backend systems
•  Strong experience working with smart contracts, solidity codebases (ABIs, logs, calldata)
•  Deep understanding of DeFi mechanisms like staking, liquidity mining, LP token dynamics, veToken models, airdrop criteria, etc.
•  Proficient in TypeScript, with experience integrating blockchain data sources (e.g., ethers.js, Sentio SDK, The Graph)
•  Strong grasp of DeFi math (e.g., LP pricing)
•  Experience designing and securing distributed systems that handle financial transactions and user accounting
•  Familiarity with building REST APIs, webhooks, and backend architecture that scales
•  Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, and best practices for high-reliability code
•  Git, CI/CD, and experience working with different type of infrastructure

Nice to Have

•  Familiarity or prior experience working with backend stack (Java/JVM, AWS etc.)
•  Knowledge of backend integration practices and understanding of full-stack architecture patterns
•  Previous startup experience or comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
