Zubr Capital is a private equity investment fund based in Cyprus, and we’re looking for an Investment Analyst to join one of our tech-focused investment teams.
We’re looking for someone who’s already part of the local scene — ideally attending community meetups, plugged into the Cyprus startup/IT ecosystem, and curious about VC/PE and emerging tech. Bonus points if you're into AI 🤖.
📍Location: Cyprus (Limassol office or flexible hybrid setup)
🛠 What you’ll be doing:
•Sourcing investment opportunities and building a strong deal pipeline
•Building relationships with founders and community leaders
•Financial modeling and analyzing company performance
•Conducting market research (sizing, trends, competitive landscape)
•Company valuation (comps, multiples, DCF, MoM/IRR)
•Supporting Due Diligence processes
•Preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders
🎯 What we’re looking for:
•1+ year of experience in PE / VC / IB / Big4 (valuation/consulting) / Strategy Consulting
•Strong analytical thinking and personal maturity
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (plus other analytical tools)
•Ability to structure ideas clearly and present insights
•Solid understanding of the tech/IT market (AI/ML interest is a major plus)
•Fluent English (Advanced level required)
