Overview

We're looking for an ASO Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving Flo's organic growth. You'll research, brainstorm, analyze, and prioritize App Store Optimization (ASO) ideas. This involves leveraging rich product and user insights from Flo, alongside competitor analysis, to craft highly impactful experiences that sustain our organic growth.

What you will do

• Research, brainstorm, analyze, and prioritize App Store Optimization (ASO) ideas, leveraging product and user insights alongside competitor analysis.
• Monitor and assess gaps in organic growth performance, using data to inform and adjust ASO plans and priorities.
• Lead day-to-day operational efforts in ASO optimization, including action plans, asset uploads, and configuring store listings and experiments.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands on App Store Optimization (ASO) experience.
• Familiarity with key ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, AppFollow, Appfigures, or similar platforms.
• Fluency in at least one key area of ASO, including keyword research, A/B testing, visual storytelling, copywriting, or data analysis/visualization.
• Working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in Marketing, particularly digital marketing disciplines like SEO, performance marketing, PR, or social media.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or Canva.
• Basic AI knowledge, focusing on analytical or generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity.
• Prior experience in the Health Tech industry
