BizOps Lead (Ex-Founders)

Location: Must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate to the US. You will be working onsite at our Mountain View office a few days a week.

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Inworld is building an intelligent runtime to transform static software into AI systems that autonomously evolve to better serve their users.

Overview

As a BizOps Lead you'll partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of projects across the entire business and drive operational excellence.

What you will do

• Oversee complex, cross-team initiatives.
• Partner with the Finance team to create financial models, budgets and forecasts.
• Refine existing processes and implementing new initiatives alongside the People team.
• Assist the GTM team in developing monetization strategies and optimizing pricing.
• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and guide company strategy.
• Contribute to board/investor communications and activities.

Requirements

• Previously built and scaled a company, ideally as a founder or an early hire.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM, business, or related discipline.
• Desire to be involved in every aspect of the business with no task too small.
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguous situations.
• Great communication skills and experience working cross functionally.
• Extremely detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Wizard in PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets; enjoys building slide decks and models.
