Content Designer II

Overview

As a Content Designer II, you’ll work across departments with Product Designers, Product Managers, and other Content Designers to improve documentation and enhance the overall product experience. You should have a background in content management systems (knowledge base) and UX copy creation working in a product environment, with a focus on eCommerce/B2B.

What you will do

• Create clear and consistent product content for new and existing features.
• Develop and review strategic content for the customer Knowledge Base, including help articles, FAQs, and release notes.
• Create in-product workflows to assist in onboarding and feature adoption.
• Conduct content audits to identify gaps in existing content.
• Standardize terminology across content types.
• Test functionality and provide usability feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Content Design.
• ECommerce and/or B2B SaaS platform experience.
• Degree in English, Design, Technical Communications, or a related field.
• Experience designing and delivering customer-facing UX content.
• Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) like Zendesk or Confluence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
