L&D Program Owner

Overview

Lead and develop educational programs within the Learning & Development function, owning vision, operations, and stakeholder alignment. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver value to the business and learners.

What you will do

• Define and execute strategy and roadmap for educational programs aligned with organizational goals
• Serve as primary liaison for stakeholders including senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Manage program operations from partner collaboration to delivery
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, HRBPs, and Learning teams
• Drive communication and ensure alignment across business levels
• Measure program impact and optimize LMS and learning tools

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher
• Experience as Product Owner, Program Manager, or Project Lead in Learning & Development or education
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Project management abilities with a hands-on approach
• Experience designing or managing educational or training programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

Nice to have

• Experience in global or multi-site educational initiatives
• Understanding of early talent ecosystems and university partnerships
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems from a strategic perspective
