Location: Remote Poland. Must be located anywhere in Poland.

Salary: 252,000 zł - 352,000 zł per year

Overview

The Recoveries team is building a robust platform to maximize the recovery of charged-off loans and minimize discrepancies with business partners' systems. As a Back-end Software Engineer, you will manage loans throughout their lifecycle, develop recovery strategies, and collaborate with product managers and risk teams.

What you will do

  • Break down projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
  • Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics teams to articulate technical constraints and participate in decision-making.
  • Support the operations and availability of team artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics.
  • Contribute to team community by participating in growth and development activities, including the interview process.

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
  • Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems with proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, including technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global engineering team.
