Salary: $157,300–$212,700 CAD annually

Overview

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features for hirify.global Core users, driving product vision and roadmap execution to create customer value.

What you will do

• Own features and experiments end-to-end, writing product requirements and driving execution.
• Prioritize roadmap balancing product operation, improvements, and new features aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, user research, and design to deeply understand customers.
• Identify problems, develop solutions, and manage trade-offs to deliver impactful results.
• Build expertise in AI productivity tools, automation, and search technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with customer-facing AI/ML, search, or automation products
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results for users and business.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision making with quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Attention to detail anticipating product edge cases.

• Strong data analytics skills for independent data querying and insight generation.
