Overview

As a QA Engineer for hirify.global True Image, you will ensure the flawless operation of backup software used by millions, safeguarding customers against system or hardware failures.

What you will do

  • Execute manual test cases on macOS and Windows.
  • Design and maintain test cases for product features.
  • Reproduce, document, and verify defects.
  • Manage test environments, including macOS systems and network setups.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers.
  • Analyze logs and investigate issues during testing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software QA.
  • Knowledge of macOS, including system settings and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and test planning.
  • Experience testing desktop applications.
  • Proficient with JIRA or similar management tools.
  • Good English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of client-server architecture.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools.
  • Basic scripting skills in Python.
