Overview
As Head of Engineering, you will lead a unit within the Endless Lifecycle Support product. You'll drive architectural excellence, contribute to the code, and guide the team through challenges. This role involves translating product vision into scalable solutions and influencing efficiency and product quality.
What you will do
- Lead a technical unit of about 20 engineers, balancing code contribution with oversight and mentorship.
- Champion Linux-first development and automation across all projects.
- Drive architectural strategy and implementation.
- Ensure high code quality, system reliability, and efficiency.
- Solve technical challenges and set the example for the team.
- Recruit, mentor, and foster the growth of the engineering team.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux-first development and automation.
- Strong background in architectural strategy and implementation.
- Experience in code quality, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Python (or full-stack development).
- Experience in recruiting and mentoring engineers.
