Overview
We're looking for a Staff Service Designer who believes that great services are deliberately designed end-to-end, bridging teams, tools, and organizational structures. The ideal candidate will connect customer needs to backstage operations and shaping holistic, human-centered services.
What you will do
- Align teams on strategy through workshops.
- Structure roadmaps and backlogs to ensure strategic priorities land in the product.
- Create service blueprints and operating models that guide decision-making.
- Identify missing data and scope necessary studies.
- Evolve the customer journey as a strategic planning tool.
- Mentor designers and researchers in service-design thinking.
Requirements
- 10+ years working on services, platforms, or products.
- Experience in turning journey maps into actionable roadmaps.
- Expert workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with the software delivery lifecycle and agile frameworks.
- Strong mixed-methods research skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, TheyDo (or similar tools).
