🕵‍♀️We’re looking for a Backend Lead to join our Development team and help us scale and evolve CryptoRank.io, a leading Web3.0 data analytics platform. 
 In this role, you’ll drive the development of our backend architecture, lead a talented team of 4 engineers, and shape the future of one of the top global crypto analytics services. 
 
 📊Experience level: Lead

Salary: $4,000-$5,000 for start
 Team: 1 Senior Dev, 2 Middle Dev, 1 Junior Dev
 
 📌Tech stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Docker, Microservices, Grafana, Graylog.
 
 🪄Responsibilities:
 1. Lead the full development cycle of backend systems: from architecture to deployment and maintenance
 2. Manage sprint planning, task estimation, and resource allocation
 3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
 4. Conduct code reviews, manage releases, mentor team members
 5. Organize technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
 6. Implement best engineering practices and ensure code quality and scalability
 7. Collaborate closely with the Product team to align business and tech goals
 
 👨‍💼Requirements: 
 1. 3+ years of experience in a Backend Lead role working with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Docker
 2. Deep understanding of backend architecture, performance optimization, and security
 3. Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub workflows
 4. Technical English (B1+): reading docs, writing commit messages, commenting code
 5. Experience in establishing and optimizing development processes from scratch
 6. Experience with implementing and analyzing metrics (e.g., Grafana, Graylog, YouTrack).
