Overview
You will lead the design and execution of global marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, while managing a creative team and ensuring high visual standards. Contribute directly to the conceptualization and visual exploration of campaigns, including hands-on design work.
What you will do
- Lead the full design cycle of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Utilize 3D design skills to enhance campaign storytelling and create impactful visual concepts.
- Design and adapt master assets to fit various formats and channels, ensuring brand standards.
- Lead A/B testing processes and apply insights to improve design effectiveness.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a small team of designers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing digital assets for marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience working in creative agencies, particularly on international accounts.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Experience working across various global markets, such as ASIA, LATAM, or MENA.
- Working knowledge of 3D design software (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D) for visual development.
