Senior Product Manager, Payments

Location: Remote, open to candidates in all authorized locations

Salary: 299,200–404,800 PLN annually

Overview

Lead the strategy and roadmap for hirify.global’s payments platform to improve transaction success, reduce churn, and support global scale. Collaborate cross-functionally to modernize payment infrastructure and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What you will do

• Shape payments stack strategy focusing on authorization rates and new payment experiences
• Prioritize initiatives using data and stakeholder input
• Collaborate across teams to execute roadmap and communicate decisions
• Evaluate and integrate third-party payment solutions
• Monitor payments performance and define success metrics
• Drive operational excellence in payment lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience in platform or payments domains
• Strategic thinker with ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize impact
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and analytics
• Technical fluency to collaborate on architecture and APIs
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Growth mindset and customer focus

Nice to have

• Experience in subscription-based or SaaS payments systems
• Familiarity with payment processors, gateways, and fraud tools
• Experience with third-party vendor integration in regulated environments
• Understanding of global payments challenges including compliance
• Comfort working with finance, legal, and risk teams
