Overview

We are seeking a Webmasters Relationship Manager to enhance the partner channel, help current webmasters grow, attract new ones, and identify growth opportunities.

What you will do

• Meet the target for the number of attracted orders in the Excursions and Author's Tours product.
• Optimize current department processes and identify growth points.
• Develop and implement new mechanisms for interacting with partners.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position or in affiliate marketing for 2+ years.
• Good communication skills - the ability to negotiate both within the company and with external partners, the ability to persuade and conduct effective negotiations is important.
• Knowledge of how affiliate programs and CPA networks work.
• Good analytical skills, assessment of the effectiveness of partners.
• Systematic approach to doing business.
