Overview

You will lead a team responsible for maintaining the company's core code, ensuring code quality, optimizing performance, and enhancing usability across teams. The ideal candidate has experience leading engineering teams and familiarity with AI and LLM systems.

What you will do

• Drive architectural improvements to enhance code quality and performance.
• Collaborate to support the adoption of shared-code components.
• Establish best practices for inner-source contributions and code standards.
• Act as a technical partner in designing AI and LLM-related systems.
• Lead and motivate a team to meet project goals effectively.

Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, software architecture, data science or related domains.
• 1+ year of management experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and scalable systems.
• Excellent command of Python, Docker, and Git.
• Perfect command of English

Nice to have

• PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or related field.
• Prior experience working in an inner-source or open-source software development model.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
