Overview

We are looking for an experienced Game UI Director to lead and develop the user interface design across our projects. You will build effective processes, set high standards, and drive innovation to create user experiences that delight our players. You will make decisions that connect creative vision with business goals.

What you will do

• Supervise the quality of implemented UI in company projects.
• Develop and maintain UI design guidelines, processes, and standards.
• Manage the UI design team (resource allocation, workload planning, budgeting, deadline tracking, etc.).
• Analyze game UX statistics and propose options for improving the usability of the interfaces.
• Train UI designers in the principles of usability and interface design.
• Analyze the market, trends, competitor products in terms of user interfaces and usability.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design or Product Design.
• Portfolio of released projects (particularly successful puzzle and hyper casual games).
• At least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create a clear, usable interface and turn it into an expressive, emotionally engaging visual solution.
• Ability to make UI decisions through the lens of measurable value to the player and the game's business metrics.

• Understanding of game design.
• Extensive gaming experience and a love of games.
• Visual arts skills.
• Basic animation, motion design, and special effects skills.
