Operational Risk Manager

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do

• Enhance the Operational Risk Framework including policies, procedures, and controls.
• Collaborate with business units to perform risk management processes and assessments.
• Maintain risk registers and implement key risk indicators.
• Strengthen risk management programs such as incident management and outsourcing.
• Communicate risk information and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in operational risk management at a Financial Institution or Fintech.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Understanding of risk assessment methodologies and operational risk disciplines.
• Experience with risk and control assessments, operational resilience reviews, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders both in-person and remotely.
