Growth Marketing Lead (Technical)

Location: Must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate to the United States

Salary: $160,000 - $250,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Overview

Lead growth marketing efforts with a technical focus, driving rapid user growth through data-driven experimentation and AI-powered automation. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and PR teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives across marketing, product, and engineering.
• Build and scale growth loops, funnels, and campaigns using technical tools and code.
• Automate and optimize marketing workflows with AI.
• Execute rapid experiments and A/B tests to validate ideas.
• Develop referral, lifecycle, and retention flows to increase LTV and reduce churn.
• Write and ship technical content and maintain marketing infrastructure.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area, United States.
• English: Proficient (default b2 level).
• Technical fluency and experience working with engineering teams.
• Proven track record in technical growth marketing and AI-driven marketing automation.
• Experience scaling marketing in startups or fast-growing products.
