Overview
Join as a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy ML models impacting credit scoring, antifraud, sales, and collections. Collaborate cross-functionally on high-visibility projects with a focus on measurable business impact. Preference for candidates open to relocating to Manila, with remote work possible after an initial 1–2 month onsite period.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end ML model lifecycle from exploration to production and monitoring
- Evaluate and improve model performance and business impact
- Integrate new internal and external data sources for predictive insights
- Advance modeling techniques including geospatial and graph-based methods
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as ML Engineer or Data Scientist, preferably in fintech or fast-paced product environments
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, and Git
- Proficiency with classical ML techniques and libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost
- Experience in credit risk modeling is a plus
- Background in graph ML or advanced geospatial analytics is advantageous
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus
