Overview
Lead design for
’s AI division, Dash, focusing on growth areas such as activation, retention, and expansion. Drive strategic design initiatives integrating AI innovation and collaborate with leadership to shape product and design strategy.What you will do
- Lead growth-focused design across key user journey moments including activation and retention.
- Incorporate data and experimentation into scalable UX systems.
- Identify and define high-impact AI-driven design opportunities.
- Own strategic design projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with leadership.
- Ensure high standards of design craftsmanship and AI functionality.
- Shape and execute design strategy aligned with business goals and AI innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in senior individual contributor design roles
- Deep experience building AI-driven products and transformative user experiences.
- Exceptional interaction and visual design skills, especially in AI tech or consumer products.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence design strategy.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Expertise in design thinking and leading design-led innovation.
Nice to have
- Experience leading remote or distributed design teams.
- Experience with 0-1 product initiatives and scaling SaaS onboarding or pricing flows.
- Passion for growth design principles and AI-powered tools.
