Salary: up to 570,000 ₽ (before taxes)

Tochka is a fintech company creating an online bank and services for entrepreneurs and businesses with over 700,000 clients.

Overview

Develop backend for internet banking and other business services, participate in architectural decisions, and have the opportunity to work across multiple teams to find the best fit.

What you will do

• Develop backend services ranging from small admin panels to large, high-load systems.
• Make architectural decisions and collaborate across teams.
• Work with asynchronous Python frameworks and microservices architecture.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely or from Tochka offices in Russia.
• Experience with Python 3, asyncio, web frameworks (aiohttp, FastAPI, Flask, Django), and ORMs.
• Knowledge of classic algorithms, data structures, graph algorithms, and dynamic programming.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming in Python and microservices.
• Experience writing tests including load tests and working with message queues (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
